Robin Pettus has been in the skin care game for over 15 years. She's a certified acne specialist, a former nutritionist, and the founder of Skin with Robin. Her business is an appointment only acne clinic and facial studio in Long Beach, CA that takes a whole body approach to skin health. She's got the expertise. She's got the reputation. She was even awarded Best Facial Spa in Long Beach.
What did she need? A website that looked like it.
The Problem
Robin came to us in June 2024 with a pretty clear picture of what wasn't working: she wasn't seeing enough product sales, she didn't love how her site looked, and she had an employee she wanted to keep busy. Her Shopify store was already up and running, it just wasn't working for her or her brand.
She also had a specific vision for how she wanted the website to feel: more pops of orange, more cohesion between her Instagram and her website, and a brand presence that felt as polished as the experience she delivers in the treatment room.
We kicked off on September 3, 2024. By October 29, 2024, she was live.

Her full retail lineup (including GlyMed+ and Face Reality) is front and center and ready to sell.
The Results
- Conversion rate up every single period: 3.01% → 3.40% → 3.96% and still climbing
- 15%+ of her annual revenue made in the first month post launch
- 2025 sales up 23% over 2024
Robin's conversion rate has climbed every single period since launch from 3.01% before we worked together, to 3.40% for all of 2025, to 3.96% so far in 2026. We loooove an upward trend!
Sales followed. She made over 15% of her annual revenue in her first month post launch.The full year of 2025 represented a 23% increase over 2024's total. And in 2026, she's already tracking ahead of that pace with five figures in sales in the first four and a half months of the year.
Sessions have held strong year over year, which means the growth isn't coming from a traffic surge. It's coming from a site that consistently converts the visitors she already has.
The Takeaway
