Once your deposit and contract are complete, we kick off with a streamlined onboarding process designed to respect your time. You'll share your branding, photos, credentials, and if you're building a store, your product details. Prep stays simple so you can stay focused on running your business.
Step Two
RESEARCH + STRATEGY
Before we design anything, we dig into SEO research and competitor analysis to understand what your ideal clients are searching for and where you can stand out. This research shapes your copy, your site structure, and the strategic direction for everything that follows.
Step Three
DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT
We kick things off with a Strategy Call, then start designing your homepage and gathering your feedback before moving into the rest of the site. You'll receive weekly updates and previews so the process feels collaborative, clear, and fully aligned before launch.
Step Four
LAUNCH + SUPPORT
After final approval, we thoroughly test your site on desktop and mobile and prepare it for a soft launch. Two weeks before launch, you'll receive pre-launch resources to build momentum, followed by a soft launch to catch final refinements. How long does it take to build a website?
The timeline varies based on the complexity of the site we're creating, but most projects are completed within 8-12 weeks.
Do you only work with ecommerce brands?
Not at all. We work with a wide mix of women-owned and mission driven businesses from ecommerce brands to therapists, coaches, nonprofits, and service-based businesses. Every project gets the same strategy and care.
Is my website easy to update myself?
Yes! Every site comes with a personalized video tutorial, so you feel confident making updates yourself.
What do you recommend I have ready before we work together?
Above all, we recommend investing in a professional photoshoot. While we can design a beautiful, high-performing website, strong photography truly makes the difference. You'll also want your domain secured and your branding kit (logo, colors, fonts) ready unless you're working with us for your branding.
Need guidance on what to shoot? We're happy to share our recommended shot list with your photographer.
Do I own my website?
Yes, 100%. Your site is yours, on your domain, with no proprietary lock in. If you ever needed to move on, you'd take your site with you.
I want a Squarespace site, can you still build my store?
We build all our ecommerce stores on Shopify because it is the strongest platform for selling online. If you'd love a Squarespace site for your main pages, we can build your store separately and connect the two, just tell us what you're picturing.
Is copywriting included, or do I need to write my own content?
It's included. We write all of your website copy for you, backed by SEO research and written in your voice, so you can focus on more important things in your business!
Will my site go down while it's being built?
No, we build your new site separately, so your current site (if you have one) stays live and unaffected until the moment we launch.
Do you provide ongoing support after the website is live?
Yes. You'll get 14 days of unlimited post-launch support after your site goes live, then optional monthly support packages starting at $350/month for updates, tech support, and strategic guidance.
Can you integrate booking systems into my website?
Yes! If your site includes "Book Now" buttons, we will directly connect them to your booking system, so your site and your booking software work seamlessly together.
