FROM IDEA TO LAUNCH
Step One
Onboarding & Prep
Once your deposit and contract are complete, we’ll begin with a streamlined onboarding process designed to respect your time. You’ll share your branding, photos, credentials, and product details then we take it from there. Prep stays simple so you can stay focused on running your business.
Step Two
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
We start by designing your homepage and gathering feedback before moving into the rest of the site. This establishes the visual and strategic direction for everything that follows. You’ll receive weekly updates and previews so the process feels collaborative, clear, and fully aligned before launch.
Step Three
LAUNCH & SUPPORT
After final approval, we thoroughly test your site on desktop and mobile and prepare it for a soft launch. Two weeks before launch, you’ll receive pre-launch resources to build momentum, followed by a one-week soft launch to catch final refinements. Once live, you’ll receive 14 days of unlimited post-launch support, with the option to continue through our retainer.

How long does it take to build a website?
The timeline varies based on the complexity of the site we’re creating, but most projects are completed within 8-12 weeks.
Do you provide training on how to manage my website?
Yes we do! We provide a personalized tutorial for every website we launch.
What do you recommend I have ready before we work together?
Above all, we recommend investing in a professional photoshoot. While we can design a beautiful, high performing website, strong photography truly makes the difference. Having high quality images ready will elevate the final result significantly.
You’ll also want to have your domain (your website URL) secured and your branding kit with your logo, brand colors, and fonts. If you’d like guidance on what types of photos to capture, just let us know! We’re happy to share our recommended shot list with your photographer.
Do you provide ongoing support after the website is live?
Yes. We don’t disappear after launch. Once your site goes live, you’ll receive 14 days of unlimited post-launch support to ensure everything runs smoothly. After that, we offer ongoing monthly support packages starting at $350/month for continued updates, tech support, and strategic guidance. We’re happy to walk through the options and help you choose the right level of support once your site launches.
Can you integrate booking systems into my website?
Yes! Every site includes thoughtfully placed “Book Now” buttons that connect directly to your booking system. Your website and your booking software? A perfect match.

Absolutely. While we specialize in websites and eCommerce for estheticians, we also work with other service-based businesses who align with our style and approach.
