Amber’s original site was built on Duda, a great platform for service businesses, but not equipped for serious e-commerce. She needed a store that could:

• Sell skincare online while remaining compliant with skincare brand rules
• Integrate with Instagram for social selling
• Protect professional-only products with password protection
• Offer multiple ways for clients to shop by brand, skin concern, or best-sellers
• Automate rewards, discounts, and customer retention
• Feel elevated and luxury, while staying easy to navigate

And most importantly? She didn’t want to waste time setting it all up herself.

The Solution: A Mini Ecommerce Site Built for Skincare Sales

We got Amber set up with our Mini eCommerce Package and built a clean, conversion-optimized Shopify store that supported her goals (and looked stunning doing it!)

Here’s what we implemented:

• Password-protected professional products
• Direct links to her Skinbetter portal with custom buttons that say “Purchase on Skinbetter” instead of “Add to Cart”
• Shop filters for categories like Best Sellers, New Arrivals, Shop by Skin Concern, Shop by Brand, and more for her 300+ products
• 10% off first-order popup to grow her email list
• Loyalty rewards program to increase repeat purchases
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) integration so clients can shop directly from Instagram Stories
• Instagram feed in footer to showcase social proof and fresh content

She now has a digital storefront that works 24/7 whether she’s in the treatment room or not.

The Results:

Amber launched her online store in April 2025. Here’s what’s happened since:

• Total sales increased by 291%
• Orders increased by 373%
• Traffic grew by 821%
• Email subscriber list grew by 65%
• Earned back her website investment more than 4x in her first month alone
