Kennedey has been a licensed esthetician and business owner for 5 years. She is a certified acne specialist through Face Reality Skincare. She brings a new approach to skincare. The goal is to make it as comfortable, easy to get, and cheap as possible. 

Kennedey knew that with online shopping, a pretty and effective website is vital for your business to succeed. It's not just about the products you offer but also how you present them. Having an easy-to-navigate, custom-branded site helps you stand out in a crowded market. 

When Kennedey and I first talked, she shared that she’d wanted to work with me since 2019. Five years later, we finally made it happen! 

Before we started, Kennedey had separate websites. She had one for her booking software, one for her eBook, and one for her online shop. Her main site was on WordPress. She didn’t know how to make changes without breaking it. (Shew, the amount of times we’ve heard this!) She wasn’t proud to show off her website or her online store. We needed to change that, stat!

Kennedey wanted everything under one roof and didn’t want to worry about her site breaking. She also aimed to sell more of her eBook. We moved her whole site to Shopify. We made a dedicated Mentorship page to showcase her book. We also put it on the home page.

We updated her fonts and colors to match her style and what her audience likes. We then updated her online store with filters to shop by brand, featured, and by product type. When navigation is hard, you’ll lose shoppers. So, we made sure this wouldn't happen to Kennedey. These simple updates will increase conversion because it makes shopping easier for her customers.

The Results:

The new site launched with a 4.5% conversion rate (a 67,000% increase!!) It also saw a 15% increase in average order value. Kennedey had her first ever $5,000 launch month.

Since the launch, we’ve helped her add affiliate products to her store. Now, when people click on these products, they’re taken to the affiliate retail site. This is because the retailer doesn’t allow estheticians to sell online yet. Despite being on the road for two months after launching, Kennedey continued to make thousands of dollars from product sales. Her team handled shipping orders.

We are now strategic partners with Kennedey. She can text or call us whenever she has an idea or needs help with her store. Our partnership ensures she continues to thrive and expand her online presence seamlessly. We’re so proud of the dope magic she created!
