It wasn’t built to handle their growing product catalog, dual locations, or their high-end in-clinic experience. Most importantly, it wasn’t converting.

The Deep Dive

SKINriched is a multi-location medspa offering everything from injectables and laser to wellness consults and curated skincare. When they reached out to us, they told us exactly what wasn’t working: their website navigation was messy, their eCommerce felt clunky, and they didn’t have space to showcase results, reviews, or education. They needed a site that matched the elevated client experience they deliver in person.

We started by running a custom SEO report to identify content gaps and optimize their structure. Then we rolled up our sleeves and got to work building a website worthy of their brand.

Custom-Coded Ingredient Checker – A client education tool designed to increase time on site and build brand authority.
Product Features – With exclusive password access to Face Reality actives and SkinBetter links that direct to their professional portal.
125+ Products – Fully added with categories, product filters, and smart navigation for easy shopping.
Online Rewards Program – Clients earn points with every order, redeemable for future discounts.
Location-Specific Reviews – Making it easier to leave feedback and build local SEO.
Blog + FAQ Page + Contact Page + Legal Policies – A complete content-rich site that supports both customer education and compliance.

We also added marketing tools like email popups, a 10% off welcome offer, Meta integration for easier selling on Instagram, Shop Pay + Afterpay, and local pickup options at both locations.

The Results:

Sales skyrocketed. In their first month on Shopify, SKINriched earned more than they did in the entire first half of the year combined on Squarespace.

Traffic Surge Highlights:

Increased from 1,016 in June to 2,260 in July — a 98% jump

➡️ Sessions:
Rose from 1,215 to 3,314 — a 140% increase month-over-month

This wasn’t a fluke. Their Squarespace site saw about 2,300 visits in all of June, with a conversion rate of just 0.04%. The new Shopify site gave SKINriched the structure, navigation, and functionality to finally turn traffic into paying clients and loyal repeat buyers.
