When Cara, the founder of We Love Acne, first came to us, she was ready for a major change. She was approaching her 5 year business anniversary with a fresh new brand identity and a big goal: to go almost completely virtual. But she felt held back by the limitations of Squarespace. Her old site lacked the functionality, speed, and strategy needed to support the next phase of her growth.

We kicked off her Shopify rebuild just in time for her anniversary launch on June 23, 2025, with her new branding front and center.

  • Customized Product Pages, every product page includes a “Why We Love This Product” section written in Cara’s voice, highlighting what makes it unique and worth buying
  • Free sample add-on to increase AOV and customer satisfaction
  • Strategic icons like “Same-Day Shipping” and “Cara Approved” to boost credibility and trust
  • Speed optimization: Mobile performance jumped from 62 → 98, Desktop from 76 → 81

In December, we helped her take it even further with a megamenu for easier browsing and added systems that improved conversions.
