Meet Skin Rituals Studio

Christi has been a licensed aesthetician since 1999. 26+ years in, she's the person clients turn to for anti-aging, pigmentation, and sensitive or rosacea prone skin. Not because of flashy machines or the latest TikTok trends, but because of the kind of trust that only comes from decades of hands on experience.

Christi spent time working in a med spa and a surgeon's office before going out on her own because she didn't love how sterile those environments felt. When she opened Skin Rituals Studio in 2021 and moved into her current space, she built something different on purpose: calm, cozy, clean, and results driven. She wants clients to walk through the door and exhale.

The Problem

Christi found us the way a lot of our favorite clients do, a warm referral who'd heard good things from another esthetician we'd worked with. She reached out on Instagram and said "My Vagaro site is just not cutting it!"

Christi and her team (she works alongside Brooke, who specializes in acne and rosacea) carry professional grade lines, iS Clinical, Colorescience, Lira Clinical, that their clients genuinely wanted to buy online. But their existing site wasn't built for it. They'd actually sold more product back when they were on Squarespace than on their current Vagaro/MySite setup, which told us the demand was there and the platform just wasn't doing its job!

On top of it all, Christi was candid that online selling intimidated her. Shipping logistics, product pages, taxes.. it all felt like a lot to take on for a team that had built their business on in person, 1-on-1 relationships.
